BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map
established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 1,
TOWNSHIP 48 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, COLUMBIA, BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI
AND BEING PART OF LOTS 20 AND 21 OF CONLEY AND PERKINS SUBDIVISION OF
BARKWELL FARM RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 24 AND THE VACATED
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF INDIANA AVENUE AS DESCRIBED BY ORDINANCE RECORDED
IN BOOK 366, PAGE 434 AND THE WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 3089,
PAGE 197 AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF INTERSTATE 70 AT THE
CENTERLINE OF SAID VACATED STREET (INDIANA AVENUE); THENCE FROM THE
POINT OF BEGINNING AND WITH SAID NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, N87º11
20W, 443.77 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF THE QUIT-CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN
BOOK 256, PAGE 148; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE AND WITH THE
EAST LINE OF SAID QUIT-CLAIM DEED, N0º57 10E, 198.64 FEET TO THE NORTH
LINE OF SAID LOT 21; THENCE LEAVING SAID EAST LINE AND WITH THE NORTH
LINE OF SAID LOT 21, S82º00 00E, 459.99 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF SAID
VACATED STREET; THENCE LEAVING SAID NORTH LINE AND WITH THE
CENTERLINE OF SAID VACATED STREET, S5º41 20W, 157.14 FEET TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 1.84 ACRES.

The statement of intent, marked Attachment A, is attached to and made a part
of this ordinance.
This is a simplified O-P under Section 29-13.1(g). A development plan and design parameters
shall not be required.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
