Section 110-342; Ord. 20335; Approving the Providence Village South O-P/C-P Development Plan; approving less stringent screening requirements; amending Ordinance No. 016642 relating to conditions of approval

approving the Providence Village South O-P/C-P Development Plan; approving less stringent
screening requirements; amending Ordinance No. 016642 relating to conditions of approval; and
fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby
approves the O-P/CP Development Plan of
Providence Village South, dated May 22, 2009, located on the northeast corner of Green
Meadows Road and Providence Outer Road (Carter Lane). The Director of Planning and
Development shall use the design parameters set forth in Exhibit A which is attached to
made a part of this ordinance as guidance when considering any future revisions to the O-P/C-P
SECTION 2. The City Council approves
less stringent screening requirements than those set
forth in Section 29-13.1(d)(6) and Section 29-17(d)(6) of the Zoning Regulations so that
additional landscape screening shall not be required along the eastern portion of the north
property line and the east property line.
SECTION 3. Section 7 of Ordinance
No. 016642 is amended as follows:

strikeout; material to be added underlined.
SECTION 7. The rezoning of land set forth in this ordinance
is subject to the following
a. That any C-P development plan submitted for the property
described in Section 3 show the
easternmost 25 feet (minimum) to be left as an undisturbed vegetative buffer.
b a. That any O-P development plan submitted for the
property described in Section 5 show
the northernmost 25 feet (minimum) to be left as an undisturbed a vegetative
