     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, utility, access, storm water and temporary construction purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from 1020 Walnut LLC, dated June 10, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Gale Blomenkamp, dated July 23, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from the Robert M. LeMone Revocable Trust, dated May 11, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Crazy Music Properties, LLC, dated August 11, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
