     AN ORDINANCE

accepting Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenants; directing the City Clerk to have the covenants recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenants:

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Millard Family Investments, LLC, dated July 2, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from 3 Forums, LLC, dated July 10, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Columbia’ s Woodcrest Chapel, dated July 28, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from MFA Oil Company, dated April 22, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from 1020 Walnut LLC, dated June 10, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Missouri Farm House Association Inc., dated July 30, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Crazy Music Properties, LLC, dated August 11, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Warnken Properties VI LLC, dated April 16, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Bethel Ridge II, LP, dated March 26, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenants recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
