     AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, access, access to storm water facilities and temporary construction purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Columbia Public Schools Board of Education, dated September 15, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Stephens College of Columbia, Missouri, dated October 13, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Gier Oil Company, Inc., dated March 19, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from New Horizons Community Support Services, Inc., dated August 17, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for access purposes from Missouri Manor Apartments, LLC, dated September 2, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for access to storm water facilities from Robert P. and Margaret B. Spudich, dated September 10, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for access to storm water facilities from Columbia Housing Authority, dated September 14, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Agreement for temporary construction easement from Stephens College of Columbia, Missouri, dated October 13, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
