     AN ORDINANCE

accepting Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenants; directing the City Clerk to have the covenants recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.    The City of Columbia accepts the following Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenants:

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Gier Oil Company, Inc., dated March 20, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Missouri Manor Apartments, LLC, dated September 2, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from New Horizons Community Support Services, Inc., dated July 31, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Columbia Public School Board of Education, dated September 15, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Robert P. and Margaret B. Spudich, dated August 27, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from MFA Oil Company, dated September 10, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenant from Columbia Housing Authority, dated September 14, 2009, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.    The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Covenants recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
