Defensive Driving Classroom Instruction

It is your responsibility to provide proof to the Court.  It is not the responsibility of the program provider to provide proof of completion.  If proof is not received by the date and time the Judge has ordered and you do not appear for a Probation Violation/Show Cause Hearing, a cash only warrant for your arrest may be issued.  Bring proof to:  Municipal Court, 600 East Broadway, 2nd Floor, Columbia, MO  65201 or fax to:  573-874-7531.
