The City of Columbia recently received results of a citizen survey conducted by ETC Institute, a marketing research firm that specializes in the administration of community-based surveys for local governmental organizations. Previous surveys were conducted here in 2005 and 2003.
The purpose of the citizen survey is to gather input from residents about City services and priorities for the community. It was conducted as part of the City’s ongoing process to improve public communication, cooperation and planning for future needs.
