customer services.
With our free Automatic Bill Payment service, you can have your City of Columbia
utility bill paid automatically from any participating Bank, Savings and Loan,
or Credit Union account.

Whether you're away on a trip or sick at home, your City of Columbia utility
bill will be paid and your credit protected.

No more embarrassments about forgetting to pay your bill.
With Automatic Bill Payment, you still keep control of your utility payments.
You'll continue to receive a monthly utility statement.
Then, 20 days after the bill date, the payment will
be deducted from your account. That's plenty of time
to review the statement and call our Customer Service
Representative if you have any questions. If there is
a billing error, it will be handled in the normal way,
with a credit adjustment on your next bill.

When you see "Payment of this Bill will be deducted from your checking
account no earlier than xx/xx/xx," on your bill, you'll know our Automatic
Bill Payment service is in effect. And if later you decide to cancel Automatic
Bill Payment, no problem. Just call us.
