City involving financial
planning, budgeting,
treasury management,
investments, purchasing,
accounting, payroll,
business licensing,
insurance, and utility
customer services.
Please read & acknowledge the following agreement before signing up for paperless billing:
- I agree that I will notify the City of Columbia of any changes in my e-mail address.
- I understand if there is a problem in the delivery on my e-mail notification my utility bill is due and payable 20 days from the bill date; according to City of Columbia Ordinances.
- I understand notification of my utility bill will be delivered to my e-mail address until I notify City of Columbia that I no longer want to participate in the Paperless Bill Program.
