The Finance Department is responsible for the administration, direction, and coordination of all financial services of the City involving financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, investments, purchasing, accounting, payroll, business licensing, insurance, and utility customer services.

Walk in payments may be made at the Utility Customer Service Office located at: 701 E Broadway.

Drop Box

A drop box is located on the north side of the Utility Customer Service building at: 701 E Broadway.

Drop off payments may also be made at several local merchants. At the present time, these include:

Gerbes grocery stores (all locations)
Schucks grocery store, Forum Blvd

Drop boxes may be used to make payments on utility bills, parking violations, home energy loans, or any other City of Columbia invoices.

Drive up For fast, convenient service, try our drive-up facility located on the north side of the Utility Customer Service building at: 701 E Broadway.

You must have your bill in order to use this location. If you do not have your bill, please park and come inside.
