Fire Department Recruiting

The Human Resources Department conducts a Firefighter selection process for the Columbia Fire Department approximately every two years. This normally happens in the spring of the year. Generally this occurs in even numbered years such as 2012, 2014, 2016, etc.

The next Firefighter process is tentatively scheduled for the spring of 2014. We plan to start accepting on-line applications at www.gocomojobs.com in January 2014. Please visit the City's website or contact the Human Resources Department in January of 2014 for more information.
