We can immunize adults who meet the following criteria with state-provided vaccine. A $15 administration fee will apply.

Tdap

• Outbreak control
• Uninsured or underinsured* parents/guardians and/or caregivers who have contact with infants 12 months of age or younger
• Uninsured or underinsured* adults under wound management who have not already received a dose of Tdap

Hepatitis B

• Contact of Hepatitis B positive individuals
• Uninsured or underinsured* Local Public Health Agency employees at risk for blood to blood exposure
• Uninsured or underinsured* residents and staff of facilities for developmentally disabled persons

Hepatitis A

• Outbreak control
• Uninsured or underinsured* International adoptee families of children in areas with a high rate of hepatitis infection

Td

• Uninsured or underinsured* individuals for wound management only who have already received Tdap

* Underinsured is defined as someone who has private health insurance, but the coverage does not include vaccines; covers only selected vaccines; or whose insurance caps vaccine coverage at a certain amount. Patients with a high deductible do not qualify as underinsured.
