If your child has private insurance that covers vaccine:

You should get this vaccine from your child's doctor.

If your child has private insurance, but:

• The coverage does not include vaccine, or
• The insurance covers only selected vaccines, or
• The insurance caps vaccine coverage at a certain amount

Then you should get this vaccine from a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Rural Health Center (RHC). To find the FQHC or RHC nearest you, click here.
