Charges for Services

The Columbia/ Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services provides many free services to the general public. We charge nominal fees for certain other services. All patients will be asked to pay according to the following schedule*:

	Children (18 and younger)			Adults (19 and older)
	with Medicaid	with no insurance, or private insurance that does not include vaccine,covers only certain vaccines, or limits vaccine coverage to a certain amount	with private insurance that covers ALL vaccines	with Medicaid	with private insurance or NO insurance
