Columbia's Food Code

This ordinance was adopted by the Columbia City Council on January 16, 2001. Columbia's food code is based upon the State of Missouri Food Code which is based upon the FDA 1999 Model Food Code. Each chapter may be accessed by clicking on each link below.

Food Code Updates - Our Environmental Public Health team is updating Columbia's current Food Code and recently held three information sessions regarding the changes.
