The ARC is Columbia, Missouri's popular health club, fitness center, and place to exercise and have fun. This 73,000 sq. ft. facility has an indoor leisure pool, gymnasium, strength training equipment and weights, cardio equipment, indoor track, group exercise classes, and much more! |

Renovations Planned at the ARCThe flooring on the second floor of the ARC will be replaced in phases this spring, starting March 28. The facility will remain open during the improvements, however, some equipment and programs may be relocated within the ARC.
