Tai ChiPhoto of man and women participating in a Tai Chi activity.
Tai Chi, as it is practiced in the West today, can be best thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined. There are a number of forms, called sets, which consist of a sequence of movements. Many of the movements are derived from the martial arts, and perhaps even more ancestrally than that, from the natural movements of animals and birds. Tai Chi movements are performed slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth even transitions. Please call 874-6379.
