

The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department is looking for qualified individuals to become a part of our award winning Aquatic Team! 
International Pool and Waterpark Lifeguard Training
The Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training course is designed for responsible individuals to prepare for
one of the most challenging jobs ever. Lifeguarding carries the responsibility to guard, protect, and save human lives. Training will consist of shallow water, pool, and special facilities lifeguarding. Individuals will learn how to anticipate, recognize, and manage incidents in a professional manner while protecting themselves. You will also learn how to prevent accidents, submersion events, perform rescues, and give emergency care. This course includes the necessary CPR and first aid training to completely license you as a lifeguard. Participants must be at least 15 years old.
