The Master Plan is available below in zipped PDF files to download to your computer for viewing or printing. It is also available below for viewing on the Internet. A hard copy is available at the Daniel Boone Library at the reference desk on the second floor.
The Master Plan is a living document that is updated as priorities are directed by the City Council and citizens of Columbia. To address the rapid growth of development in and around Columbia, the Parks and Recreation Department has updated the Neighborhood Parks Plan and the Trails Plan. The Existing Community Parks map and the Existing Regional Parks map have been updated to reflect properties acquired since the 2002 park inventory was completed. The updated plans are in red text below and follow the original pages of the 2002 Facility Needs Update.
