Project Notes: CDBG funding was approved and budgeted for this project at the August 2, 2010 Council Meeting. Ordinance to appropriate funding for the project was approved at the December 20, 2010 Council Meeting. Council approved project on July 5, 2011. The City executed a new new land use agreement with Columbia Public Schools.

Project Status: New climbing wall installed. Construction of new shelter and sidewalks completed. Demolition of old shelter and sidewalk completed.
