Project Description: Improvements to Capen Park and trailhead at Grindstone/Capen to be determined.

Proposed Plan: 10-19-2010 draft plan.
Interested Parties Meeting: Held at 6:00pm on September 22, 2010 at the Capen Park parking lot.
Project Notes: Park planners presented options for possible improvements at the interested parties meeting held on September 22, 2010 that included a scenic overlook sitting area and a trail connection to Stadium Blvd. Another suggestion proposed at the meeting was the possibility of adding a restroom.
Project Status: Project is scheduled behind other priority projects. Will introduce to Council when project start time approaches. As the project goes through the City Council process, the public will have additional opportunity to give input at the Council public hearing.
