Proposed Plan: 10-19-2010 draft plan.
Interested Parties Meeting: Held at 6:00pm on September 22, 2010 at the Capen Park parking lot.
Project Status: Park planners presented options for possible improvements at the interested parties meeting held on September 22, 2010 that included a scenic overlook sitting area and a trail connection to Stadium Blvd. Another suggestion proposed at the meeting was the possibility of adding a restroom. Planners will examine the proposed improvements in light of the project budget and develop a proposed plan to send through the City Council process. The public will have opportunity to give additional input at the public hearing on the project to be held before the City Council.
