Project Description: Demolish and rebuild tennis complexes at Fairview Park and Cosmo Park with California corner style fencing. The complex at Cosmo Park was completely redesigned from one row of eight courts to two sections side by side of four courts each. New lighting was installed at the Cosmo courts.
