Dedication Program
About 150 citizens gathered for the Flat Branch Park Dedication held at 4:00pm, Thursday, November 15, 2001.
Mike Hood, Parks and Recreation Director, welcomed guests.
Ray Beck, City Manager, spoke on the history
of Flat Branch Park and MKT Trail.
Mayor Darwin Hindman spoke on Flat Branch Park
and area history and thanked all for their participation.
Members of the Mayor's Trailhead Committee,
John Ott and Jack Waters, addressed crowd .
Ribbon cutting ceremony.
