A. Perry Philips Park is a 140-acre park located at the southeastern edge of Columbia. Development of this park began in 2009 with the installation of a fishing dock and boat ramp on the 40-acre Philips Lake. Around this lake is a perimeter walking trail 1.44 miles in length with ideal sites for park benches and single-table picnic shelters. Those sites are designated on this map. As development continues for what will become the second regional park in Columbia, Missouri, opportunities for adopting structures such as benches and shelters have become available.
