This park land was acquired by the Columbia Parks and Recreation Department in March 2006. The purchase price for Lot 401, Brookside Square Plat 4 was $180,000. The sellers, Rabbit Ears LLC represented by Thomas S. Bass, Manager, donated $30,000 of the sale price and the remaining $150,000 was funded by the Park Sales Tax.
