Facility "Lock-In"

Must be 21 years old or older to rent a facility
Two-hour minimum rental
Room Rental Applications and ARC Lock-In Applications must be submitted two weeks prior to the event.
Reservations considered up to one year in advance
Rental fee, plus a deposit (50% of rental cost), due when reservation is made
The deposit, less any damages, will be returned by mail within two weeks after rental

Meeting Room Rentals
The ARC has 2600 sq. ft. of meeting room space, which can be divided into three meeting rooms, two meeting rooms, or one large meeting room. Each meeting room has a sink, counter, and outlets to serve your needs. The ARC staff will set up the table and chairs with the layout of your choice. Audio/visual equipment available: computer, LCD projector, podium/mic, overhead projector, projector screen, and A/V cart. Catering services are welcome. If alcohol is served, caterer must provide a copy of their liquor license.

Group Exercise Room Rental
Rent the ARC Group Exercise room to hold a private exercise class, dance, or other activity. The 1881 sq. ft. room has a mirrored wall, triple-suspended wood floor, and sound system. When the room is not scheduled for use, it is available for private rental.

Facility Lock-In (8 hours)
Discover the ARC and all it has to offer for your next group for eight hours overnight. You will have use of the lobby, gym, pool (10 pm - 2 am), game room and meeting rooms. Maximum accommodation is 500 people. Rental includes lifeguard services from 10 pm - 2 am.

101-500 People	$1125 plus $5 for each person over 100.
