Restroom Improvement Projects

In 2007 the following five restroom replacement or addition projects were deemed suitable to use pre-fab two room restrooms (purchased at the Missouri State Contract price) and to combine to attract bidders for the installation.

Fairview Restroom

Project Description: Installation of a new two-room pre-fab restroom and extension of the sewer line to serve the restrooms. Restrooms will serve the shelter, playground, and tennis courts.

Project Description: Installation of new two-room pre-fab restrooms - one at Forum Blvd. access and one at Scott Blvd. access. New restrooms to serve MKT Trail users, replacing the port-a-pots at these locations. Heating units will be added for year-round use.
Project Status: Both restrooms are completed and open to the public.

Project Description: Installation of a new two-room pre-fab restroom. Restrooms will be located near the seventh green. A protective fence will be installed to protect users from being hit by golf balls as they approach the restroom.
