Trail - 0.25 mile, limestone and concrete
Westwinds Park
1132 Westwinds Drive
A 0.25-mile walking trail meanders through the wooded area in Westwinds Park using two wooden bridges to cross a natural creek. Parts of the trail climb steep grades in the woods. The trail then becomes concrete as it circles around the playground and picnic shelter to the park entrance. In addition to the trail, this newly constructed 4-acre park has one non-reservable picnic shelter, a playground, and a half-size basketball court. Developed as a neighborhood park, Westwinds has no parking lot and space is limited on the street, but it can be reached from West Boulevard by turning west onto Westwinds Drive.
