Account Access
Once your account has been established you may use your username and password to access the Online Program Registration System.
The first time you access your account you will be prompted to change your username and password. This is a standard security feature used to update temporary passwords. If you would like to keep your existing username and password simply select "Submit".
At the top of every page you will find links to return to the Online Program Registration System main page, visit the Parks & Recreation home page, visit the City of Columbia home page, view the Leisure Times Activity Guide and view the Online Program Assistance section.
At the bottom of the main page you will find a phone number and email address, which can be used to contact us. and on the main menu after logging in there will be a "Contact Us" link.
Once you have logged into the system, the first screen you will encounter will have the main application menu on the left side. From this menu you may access all of the features of the application.
By clicking on each menu heading you will either be taken to a new page or a submenu will be displayed. The following is a list of menu headings and what they provide:
- Search/Inquire
- Listing < Browse a list of activities
- Advanced Search < Advanced keyword search
- Type Search < Search by category or type
- My Account
- View My Shopping History < View recent activity registrations
- Reprint A Receipt < Print recent receipts
- Change User Name or PIN < Change username or password
- Shopping Cart < View the items in your shopping cart
- Checkout < Pay for the items in your shopping cart
- Signout < Log out
- Contact Us < Send us an email
