Guidelines for Public Hearings

The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission adopted in February 2007 guidelines for neighborhood organization representatives, land development professionals, and the general public to address the Planing and Zoning Commission. The Guidelines for Public Hearings. was adopted in response to the findings and recommendations of a Process and Procedures Stakeholders Working Group, which issued a report in July 2006 on procedural changes to the planning and zoning process.
