Records requests can be delivered to the Records Division Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and can also be delivered anytime, or mailed to the front desk of the police department. Mailed requests should be addressed to Columbia Police Department, Records Custodian, 600 East Walnut Street, Columbia MO 65201.
