Internal Affairs Unit phone numbers are (573)874-7740, (573)874-7606 or (573)441-5477. You may also bring your form to the front desk of the Columbia Police Department at 600 E. Walnut Street at any time. Forms are also available at the front desk of the Police Department.

Complaints may also be made through the City Clerk's Office at 701 E. Broadway, City Hall - 2nd Floor, phone 874-7208. The City Clerk's mailing address is P.O. Box 6015, Columbia, MO 65205.
