A New and Improved
CURRENT SCOTT BOULEVARD AT HINKSON CREEK PRONE TO FLOODING
One of the major benefits with the new Scott Boulevard is increasing the elevation of the roadway between Bellview Drive and the bridge over Hinkson Creek by 9 feet to reduce or prevent almost annual occurrences of road closures due to flooding caused by Hinkson Creek.
