Need to Report a Faded, Missing, Rusted,
Vandalized or Broken Street Sign?

Please answer each of the following questions and submit your report electronically.. Your report will be received by the Columbia, Missouri Department of Public Works. The damaged sign will be replaced as soon as possible.

It is important to furnish your name, address, telephone and email address so we may contact you if we need more information or send you status reports to advise you what the city is doing to address your concerns.
