You can report a POTHOLE electronically. Please answer each of the following questions and submit. Your report will be received by the Columbia, Missouri Department of Public Works. The pothole will be repaired as soon as possible.
It is important to furnish your name, address, telephone and email address so we may contact you if we need more information or send you status reports to advise you what the city is doing to address your concerns.
Please provide the exact location of the pothole, e.g., street address, name of cross streets or major intersections nearest the pothole.
