Inspection Scheduling:

To schedule an inspection you will need:

• The 6 digit telephone access code (see sample permit below for location)
• Street number of the inspection location (see sample permit below for location)
• The 3 digit codes for the inspection you are scheduling
• Cutoff times for same day inspections:

  • 8:30 a.m for a morning inspection
  • 1:30 for afternoon inspection

Plan Review:

When calling to check a plan status you will need:

• The 10 digit application number
• Street number the application is associated with
