The Solid Waste Division offers commercial trash collection for waste removal from small single offices to large manufacturers. Services and equipment are available that range from a single bag for small generators to large 40 cubic yard compactors for manufacturers.

The Solid Waste Division is committed to providing customers with excellent customer service, experienced drivers, early morning service, a wide selection of containers, and competitive rates.

Commercial Trash Services

The City's Solid Waste Division offers a wide range of commercial services to meet your needs. We are able to provide next day service and contracts are not required.

Businesses may have commercial dumpsters that require emptying several times per week. Dumpsters are available in the following sizes:

2 cubic yard - 3'6" wide x 4' high x 6' long
4 cubic yard - 4'6" wide x 4' high x 6' long
6 cubic yard - 5'6" wide x 5' high x 6' long
8 cubic yard - 5'6" wide x 7' high x 6' long

Fees for this service are based on the size of the container and the number of collections per week as shown in the following chart:

Compactors are available for commercial/industrial waste removal. Sizes and leases are specific for individual company needs. Service charges for this service are $77.87 per pull plus $32.50 per ton.

Construction Dumpter/Rolloffs

Various sizes of containers are available for construction use within the city limits:

4 cubic yard - 4'6" wide x 4' high x 6'6" long
6 cubic yard - 5'5" wide x 5' high x 6'6" long
8 cubic yard - 5'5" wide x 7' high x 6'6" long

Charges:
$79.20 setting fee + $51.05 per service. Dumpster must be serviced once per calendar month or minimum monthly service charge of $51.05 will apply. If service is not requested within each 30 days following placement, the container may be removed and a new placement charge levied to set the container again.

Roll-Off Containers:

30 yard - 6' high x 7'6" wide x 22' long
40 yard - 7'6" high x 7' wide x 22' long
Charges for mini roll-off:
$1.70 per day rental, $55.36 per pull + $32.50 per ton
Charges for 20, 30 or 40 yard roll-off:
$2.10 per day rental; $77.87 per pull +$32.50 per ton

NOTE: Only 14-yard mini roll-offs and 20-yard roll-offs are rented for ROOFING MATERIALS.
