Plastic Bags:

Cannot be recycled curbside or in city drop-off bins.

Clean and dry grocery, fresh produce, dry cleaning, light colored  bags with resin codes 2 or 4, or newspaper bags can be recycled at Hy-Vee, Schnucks, Lowe's and Walmart.
