- Computer and electronic equipment - The City of Columbia does not have a computer recycling program. However, computer monitors, CPU's, TV's, fax machines, and scanners are accepted for recycling at Mid-Missouri Recycling (Mid-West Mailing). Please place non-recyclables in the black bags for refuse collection, reuse or recycle the item elsewhere, or compost if applicable.
