Columbia Transit requests comments on proposed route changes

COLUMBIA, MO (June 22, 2010) - The city of Columbia and Columbia Transit request citizens’ comments on proposed bus route changes. Citizens are invited to attend the Public Transportation Advisory Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 24, from 6:30-8 p.m. at City Hall, 701 E. Broadway, Conference Room 1A.

Citizens may also submit their comments about proposed route changes in writing by June 29 to Columbia Transit, P.O. Box 6015, Columbia, MO 65205, by e-mailing Transit@GoColumbiaMo.com, or by attending the public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, at the City Council meeting.

The proposed changes and map can be viewed online on the city’s website at www.GoColumbiaMo.com (search: GoBus).
