This free informational class for Homeowners and other inerested individuals covers:

Basic Home Repairs Preventive Home Maintenance Do-it-Yourself or Hire a Contractor Insulation and Energy Efficiency

Presented by University Outreach and Extension and Columbia Water & Light.

This class is required to participate in the City of Columbia Housing Rehabilitation Program. Participants in the Rehabilitation Program will receive a free home maintenance guide book (1 per household). Other attendees may purchase a book for $25 (cash or check only). Purchase of a book is not required for class participation.

Registration is required.
