The lull in the snowfall is expected to be brief. Emergency Management Officials have been in contact with National Weather Service forecasters and they are expecting another round of snow late this morning and early this afternoon with a potential for up to four additional inches.

Local officials are still asking that motorist stay off the roads if at all possible and not be lulled into thinking the storm is over. Having fewer vehicles on the roadway has greatly assisted snow plows, emergency service providers, and utility crews this morning.
