The following Draft Visioning Implementation Report was developed through the “Imagine Columbia’s Future” process in 2006 - 2008.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The report is provided in several versions, the first link is to the WATCHWORD website where you can view the report broken into chapters, the second is a PDF and due to the large size may not load correctly without broadband internet connection. The third link is a compressed zipped file that may be downloaded to your computer and unzipped for viewing. The last link is a Flash file that may work better than the PDF link for online viewing.
