Public Communications serves as a communications link between the city of Columbia’s municipal government and the citizens. The Public Communications Office coordinates several programs that are designed to link citizens with their city government.

Records may fall under Missouri Revised Statutes, Chapter 610 (the Missouri “Sunshine Law”). It is possible that records or portions of them may NOT be open records under Missouri State Statutes and not available for release in part or whole.
