Paris Road/Route B just south of US 63. This is a long, large bed with some existing plants. Water is available. This bed needs some attention but is in a high-traffic area that will give the adopter good visibility. Water is available.
Chapel Hill Bed 5: A median bed with flowers planted at each end, a section of flowers mid-median, and a large stretch of grass that will, ideally, be mowed by the adopter. This is the fifth bed in the median on Chapel Hill heading west from Scott Boulevard. While none of the Chapel Hill beds are connected to water, they are already planted with grass & perennials that do well without watering in normal conditions, and only need maintenance going forward; no new planting should be necessary, but you're welcome to put your personal touch on them as well.

While there is not water available in this bed, it has established perennials that do well without watering in normal conditions.
