Utility Customer Email / Bill Notice Management

The purpose of the Utility Bill Email Address Management application is to allow customers to maintain their own email addresses, allow customers to sign up for email notification of their utility bill being generated, and allow customers to sign up for paperless billing.  [ Instructions ]
