This is a FREE informational program for homeowners and other interested individuals that covers:

• Basic home repairs
• Preventive home maintenance
• Do-it-yourself or hire a contractor?
• Insulation and energy efficiency
• A question and answer period concludes the presentation

This is a "brown bag" event so please bring your own refreshments

This class is required to participate in the City of Columbia's Housing Rehabilitation Program. Participants in the Rehabiliation Program will receive a free home maintenance guide book (1 per household). Other attendees may purchase a book for $25 (cash or check only). Purchase of a book is not required for class participation.
