Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau

The Mission of the Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau is to:

Improve the quality of life and the local economy in
Columbia bringing visitors, meetings, conventions
and events to the city;
Efficiently and professionally service events, tours
and meetings;
Serve customers, visitors and delegates with courtesy
and professionalism.

While the Columbia Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is a department of the City of Columbia, it is funded solely by a 4% tax on hotel room rentals instead of City General Revenue Funds.)

The CVB. co-owns the Walton Building with the Columbia Chamber of Commerce at 300 S. Providence Road, Columbia, MO, 65203.
