Chapter 2 ADMINISTRATION*
Section 2-125 Financial interest in contracts.
No officer or employee of the city shall have
any interest in any contract or
sale to the city of
any land, materials, supplies or services
where said interest is in violation of the laws or
constitution of the State of Missouri or ordinances of the City of Columbia
. Any violation of this
section shall render the contract or sale void, and any employee or officer so violating this
section shall thereby forfeit his office or employment.
